FENEX- Conditions

Everyone in the industry has known the Dutch Forwarding Conditions or the FENEX conditions, registered by FENEX, for many years.

Over the years, FENEX has developed more general terms and conditions, on the one hand due to changes in laws and regulations, and on the other because the activities of a freight forwarder have become broader. These were developed to support FENEX members and, depending on the work, to enable them to properly manage their contractual legal relationship with clients.

The overview below indicates which general terms and conditions, quoting the date of deposit of the latest version, which FENEX offers its members. FENEX members have the added benefit of obtaining comprehensive information on all of these terms, model contracts, etc.
